Payment Policy
All payments are made via Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. We do not accept Amercian Express. Your order needs to be a minimum of $300. No chargebacks are permitted. If there is a descrepancy, contact our sales dept at 1-266-740-9601 or via email at wholesaleoutletsales@gmail.com and the matter can be resolved. Shipping is charged on every order. Amount is preconfigured so when your order is totalled, the amount for freight can be seen at the bottom. Sometimes the calculation may be off within 10%, if that is the case, you will be contacted.

Return Policy
• Wholesale Outlet strives to provide its customers with the most value for their money. Our return policy is lenient enough to appeal to our customers and yet effective enough to ensure that Wholesale Outlet’s interests are preserved as well. • Items to be returned must be done within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. • Authorization from Management must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. • Except in situations of defect or error in shipping, a nominal restocking charge of 15% of the prices of the goods will be applied. Any unauthorized returns will be charged a double restocking fee. • The freight cost to return the item(s) to the warehouse is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that items be shipped in a way that can be tracked. • Return merchandise must be in un-opened original cases and displays and must be in re-saleable condition. Should the merchandise be open, used conditions, credit will not be issued. • Unless Wholesale Outlet ships out expired merchandise, returns for such items cannot be accepted until authorization is obtained from the manufacturer. • Customers will not be allowed to return merchandise for which a repeat order has been made in the past. • Credit will be issued after the merchandise is received, and inspected at the warehouse. And the warehouse gives notification that the items are in new, and resalable condition. This may take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on when the merchandise is received. The credit will be applied to the following order that the customer places with wsotexas.com. Returns and credits for tobacco products will only be issued with the authorization of the State Comptrollers Office.
