  • Q. How do I get a catalog?
  • A. To recieve the current catalog from Wholesale Outlet simply email your physical address to wholesaleoutletsales@gmail.com
  • Q. Who is Wholesale Outlet?
  • A. Wholesale Outlet is a volume wholesale distributor for convenience store products. Wholesale Outlet is based out of Beaumont, TX and ships nationally as well as internationally.
  • Q. What does Wholesale Outlet Sell?
  • A. We sell air freshners, automotive supplies, bags, energy boosters, vitamins, health & beauty, medicine & pain relievers, single pack medicine, cigarettes, cigars & tobacco, lighters, candy, and much more.
  • Q. Who can purchase from Wholesale Outlet?
  • A. Wholesale Outlet is not open to the Public. You must have a business permit to purchase from us. Anyone with a business is welcome to purchase from Wholesale Outlet.
  • Q. How do I open an Account?
  • A. A new account application will need to be filled out for every new account. This will include bill to and ship to information. Location of your business and an overview of the history of your business and also includes trade referrals for credit purposes. We will need you to supply us with copies of your business permits. Even if you will only be purchasing small amounts we still will need the paperwork for your file and to get you set up in our system.
  • Q. Can I purchase Cigarettes, Cigars & Tobacco?
  • A. Cigarettes are only sold currently to companies that are within Texas as long as you have current tobacco permits. Each pack of cigarettes has a tax stamp on the bottom to show what state it can be sold in. To purchase cigars or tobacco, verification is made with your state to see what the rules and regulations are. Every state has different laws. You must have a verifiable tobacco permit to be eligible for tobacco purchases.
  • Q. Do I pay for freight?
  • A. Your amount for freight will be at the bottom of your invoice online. This doesnt represent an exact amount there is room for margin of error. We have programs available for prepaid freight. This would apply on volume orders (pallet)Ask your sales representative for more details.
  • Q. How do I pay for my order?
  • A. We accept, Cash, Company Check (must have bank approval), Certified or Bank Check, Wire Transfer, Check by Fax and credit card (Discover, MasterCard & Visa)
  • Q. Can I be billed for my purchases?
  • A. The first three shipments are prepaid and then after completing the new account form (which includes trade reference and banking information) we will process your application along with contacting the trade references and bank on your application. After getting their written responses our credit department will determine a starting credit limit. If your order is over the limit, then a deposit will have to be made before your order is released for shipment.
  • Q. How will my shipment arrive?
  • A. For less than pallet orders your order will arrive by UPS. If your order qualifies for pallet quantities then it will ship by one of our dedicated freight carriers UPS Freight, Jevic, Central
